My Scentsy journey began in August of 2013 when I hosted my first party for my up line. I had always been a lover of candles and home fragrance but was pregnant with my first child and was looking for a safer and cleaner alternative.
In May 2014 I decided to become an Independent Consultant after a long struggle with the decision to return to work after the birth of my daughter or be a stay at home mom.
While I knew that being a stay at home mom was the most important job I would ever do I struggled with the possibility that I could not be "trapped" in the house all day listening to Disney show tunes. I had worked hard and achieved high levels of education and had always pictured myself as a Career Woman but when I knew I wanted a family I was unsure how to incorporate both things that I wanted to be. All I was sure about was that I wanted to be able to take care of myself and my family.
Scentsy provided the answer for me. Besides loving the products that Scentsy has to offer, Scentsy is a company that truly combines business and family which is exactly what I needed. I am able to use Scentsy's vision and guidance in my business life and in my family life. Scentsy has provided me a way to be the best mom and wife, along with the best business-woman I can be!
